The event is held at the PNE Forum, located at 2901 East Hastings Street in Vancouver. It’s an easy-to-access venue, with ample space for hundreds of vendors and thousands of attendees.
What to Expect at the Vancouver Comic & Toy Show
The show features up to 400 vendor tables, offering an incredible selection of items including:
- Rare and vintage comic books
- Superhero posters, action figures, and Funko Pop! collectibles
- Hot Wheels cars, plush toys, trading cards, and other nostalgic treasures
- Original comic and pop culture art
In addition to shopping, attendees get the chance to meet comic book artists and superhero illustrators for signings and sketches. On occasion, guests are randomly selected to receive gift cards valid at any table throughout the venue, adding extra excitement to the experience.
Tips for Attending the Comic & Toy Show
Make the most of your visit with these helpful suggestions.
- TIp 1#: Plan Before You Buy – Walk the entire show floor first to scout items you’re interested in. Many vendors sell similar products, and comparing prices before purchasing can help you get the best deal.
- TIP 2#: Buy Rare Items Early – If you see something truly unique or rare, don’t wait too long. High-demand items can sell out quickly, especially on the first day.
- TIP 3#: Negotiate When You Can – Some vendors are open to bargaining, especially if you’re buying multiple items. Negotiating is more common on the second day of the show. Don’t hesitate to ask for a better deal (but also understand and don’t be disappointed if they say no).
- TIP 4#: Arrive Early for the Best Selection – For access to the most sought-after collectibles, plan to arrive before the doors open, especially on the Saturday. The first hour often draws the biggest crowds and most serious collectors.
