The event features over 60 wedding vendors and offers a full range of wedding services and inspiration for engaged couples and wedding planners.

Last year the West Coast Wedding Show took place on February 23rd and then again on Sunday, November 2nd. As of the last time we checked, its dates for 2026 were to be confirmed.

In the past the event has been at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown in Burnaby, BC. The show in November 2025, however, is at the Paradox Hotel in downtown Vancouver.

West Coast Wedding Shows in Burnaby and Vancouver

Organized by West Coast Weddings, this show builds on their successful events on Vancouver Island and marks their expansion into the Lower Mainland. It’s a good-sized show; not too big, and not too small. It’s about the perfect size!

The Burnaby event has been quickly becoming a go-to affair for couples planning weddings in the Metro Vancouver area. The event at the Paradox Hotel was just as good if not better, and fancier!

Whether you’re recently engaged or helping a loved one plan their big day, this event is the perfect opportunity to meet wedding professionals, explore trends, and discover new ideas—all in one convenient location. Past shows have included complimentary snacks and beverages like lattes, pastries and champagne punch, making for a fun and festive day. The next event will likely be similar.
